摘 要:在路基填筑过程中,通过注浆方式将灌浆材料注入路基的孔隙和裂缝,可以有效地提高路基的稳定性和承载能力。本文通过对工业固废铁尾矿渣的特性分析、灌浆材料的制备方法等开展实验研究和性能分析,探究铁尾矿渣制作灌浆材料的影响因素。通过三因素四水平正交试验,以水料比、硅钙比、水泥三因素,探究各因素对抗压回弹模量的影响。通过SEM-EDS、FTIR、XRD、ICP-MS等微观表征探索水化反应生成水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)、水化硅酸镁(M-S-H)、CaCO_(3)等反应机理与重金属浸出情况。研究结果表明,该灌浆材料的最佳配比为:水料比为0.4,硅钙比为6.5,水泥为0.45,强度达9 MPa。本研究结果对于推动铁尾矿渣资源化利用和筑路路基技术研发具有参考价值。During the construction of subgrade,injecting grouting materials into the pores and cracks of the subgrade through grouting methods effectively enhances its stability and bearing capacity.This paper conducts an experimental investigation and performance analysis by characterizing the properties of iron tailings slag and developing methods for preparing grouting materials.The influence of various factors on the grouting materials made from iron tailings slag is explored through a three-factor,four-level orthogonal experiment to identify the optimal formulation according to standards,focusing on the water-to-material ratio,silica-to-calcium ratio,and cement content,and their impacts on the modulus of elasticity in compression rebound.Microstructural characterization through SEM-EDS,FTIR,XRD and ICP-MS investigates the hydration reactions and mechanisms forming calcium silicate hydrate(C-S-H),magnesium silicate hydrate(M-S-H),and CaCO_(3).The study reveals that the optimal mix ratio is a water-to-material ratio of 0.4,a silica-to-calcium ratio of 6.5,and a cement content of 0.45,achieving a strength of 9 MPa.The findings of this research provide valuable insights for promoting the resource utilization of iron tailings slag and the development of subgrade construction technologies.
