摘 要:喹啉类化合物是一类非常重要的含氮稠杂环化合物,在药物合成、材料、医学等领域具有广泛的应用,是有机合成中的重要目标。因此喹啉类衍生物的合成受到人们的广泛关注,但如何在绿色化学的理念下实现喹啉类衍生物的合成,是一直以来的困扰。在过去几年里开发了许多热反应条件下的喹啉类化合物的官能化反应,通过改变反应条件提高效率,最大限度地减少对环境的污染。目前已有许多关于2-甲基喹啉类化合物在加热条件下,甲基位置上的官能化反应的研究,尝试通过改变反应条件实现绿色化学理念的目标。我们在加热条件下用一种新的方法实现了2-甲基喹啉与苯甲胺的环化反应,为2-甲基喹啉衍生物的应用及底物的拓展提供了新的思路。Quinolines are a very important class of nitrogen-containing dense heterocyclic compounds,which have a wide range of applications in drug synthesis,materials,medicine and other fields,and are important targets in organic synthesis.Therefore,the synthesis of quinoline derivatives has attracted extensive attention,but how to realize the synthesis of quinoline derivatives under the concept of green chemistry has always been a problem.In the past few years,many functionalization reactions of quinolines under thermal reaction conditions have been developed to improve efficiency and minimize environmental pollution by changing reaction conditions.At present,there are many studies on the functionalization of 2-methylquinolines at the methyl position under heating conditions,in order to try to achieve the goal of green chemistry concept by changing the reaction conditions.We have realized the cyclization reaction of 2-methylquinoline and benzamine under heating conditions by a new method,which provides a new idea for the application of 2-methylquinoline derivatives and the expansion of substrates.
