麝香酮抗氧化作用的研究进展

摘  要:麝香是我国传统的名贵中药,得到了广泛使用,其来源于麝科动物雄性腹部香囊中的干燥物。麝香酮是麝香中的一种重要活性成分,单独使用时即表现出与天然麝香相似的药理活性,能够开窍醒神、活血通经及消肿止痛。麝香酮具有保护中枢神经系统和心血管系统的作用,同时具有抗抑郁、抗炎等多种疗效。抗氧化作用被视为麝香酮药理活性的一个重要机制。通过其抗氧化作用,麝香酮能够显著减少组织或细胞中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、一氧化氮(NO)及其他活性氧的种类及其表达水平,同时提升过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)等清除活性氧酶的表达水平,从而保护组织或细胞免受氧化损伤,调节血脑屏障的通透性,抑制大脑缺氧/再灌注损伤,防治心血管疾病,缓解抑郁症,并抑制炎症反应。综述麝香酮的抗氧化作用可为其进一步研究、应用及临床治疗提供重要参考。Musk is a valuable traditional Chinese medicine widely used in our country,derived from the dried substance of the scent glands located in the abdomen of male musk deer.Muscone is an important active component of musk,which exhibits pharmacological activity similar to that of natural musk when used alone,capable of inducing resuscitation,invigorating blood circulation,and reducing swelling and pain.Muscone protects the central nervous system and cardiovascular system,while also demonstrating various therapeutic effects such as antidepressant and anti-inflammatory properties.The antioxidant effect is considered an important mechanism underlying the pharmacological activity of muscone.Through its antioxidant properties,muscone can significantly reduce the levels and types of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),nitric oxide(NO),and other reactive oxygen species in tissues or cells,while enhancing the expression levels of antioxidant enzymes such as catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-px),thereby protecting tissues or cells from oxidative damage,regulating the permeability of the blood-brain barrier,inhibiting cerebral hypoxia/reperfusion injury,preventing cardiovascular diseases,alleviating depression,and suppressing inflammatory responses.This review of the antioxidant effects of muscone provides important references for its further research,application,and clinical treatment.
