摘　　要：蒙乃尔包板安装后进行泄漏性试验可用来检验蒙乃尔板焊接完整性,进而验证包板能否达到满足防止海水与导管架桩腿接触,起到延缓导管架在服役环境腐蚀的作用。本文从蒙乃尔材料介绍、泄漏性试验流程、出现的质量问题、经验总结等方面展开研究,为类似项目提供借鉴和参考。The leakage test after the installation of monel sheathing can be used to verify the integrity of monel welding,thereby verifying whether the cladding plate can meet the requirements of preventing seawater from contacting the jacket leg and delaying the jacket's corrosion in service environment.This paper expands from the introduction of Monel materials,the process of leakage test,quality problems encountered,and experience summaries to provide reference and guidance for similar projects.
