摘 要:为保障工业园区及综合管廊中低压气体管道安全运营,依托室内输气管道泄漏实验装置,分析气体管道正常输送以及发生泄漏的压力、流量信号,提出基于压力流量双阈值的中低压天然气管道泄漏检测与定位方法,并在200~300 kPa压力范围内对算法的检测与定位进行验证。研究表明,基于压力、流量信号设计稳态判断程序具备可行性,定位误差为±1.21%~20.74%。研究结果可在不增加硬件投资的基础上提高泄漏检测的准确率,从而保障中低压天然气管道输送安全。In order to ensure the safe operation of medium and low pressure gas pipelines in industrial parks and comprehensive pipeline corridors,the pressure and flow signals of normal transmission and leakage of gas pipelines were analyzed by means of indoor gas pipeline leakage experiment equipment.A method of detection and location of medium and low pressure gas pipeline leakage based on pressure and flow double threshold was proposed.The detection and location of the algorithm are verified in the range of 200~300 kPa.The research shows that it is feasible to design the steady-state judgment program based on pressure and flow signals,and the positioning error is±1.21%~20.74%,which can improve the accuracy of leakage detection without increasing the hardware investment,so as to ensure the safety of medium-low pressure natural gas pipeline transportation.
