摘  要:土壤交换性盐基在调节土壤pH值、保持土壤养分、促进植物生长等方面发挥着关键作用,对于农业生产和生态环境具有重要意义。土壤中交换性盐基测试结果可以为土壤肥力状况评估和土壤改良提供依据。通过使用固定浓度的三氯化六氨合钴溶液对土壤进行浸提,将土壤胶体中的可交换性盐置换出来,再采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法对交换后的溶液进行测试,即可测得到交换性盐的含量。Soil exchangeable bases play a crucial role in regulating soil pH value,maintaining soil nutrients,and facilitating plant growth,holding significant importance for agricultural production and the ecological environment.The test results of exchangeable bases in soil can serve as a basis for assessing soil fertility status and soil improvement.Through the leaching of soil using a solution of hexaamminecobalt(Ⅲ)chloride at a fixed concentration to displace the exchangeable salts in soil colloids,and then conducting tests on the exchanged solution using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry,the content of exchangeable salts can be measured.
