摘 要:本实验用两种不同方法对八氧化三铀样品中U元素含量进行检测,对比自动电位滴定与手工目视滴定在准确度、精密度及效率上的区别。结果发现,两种方法滴定标准样品其结果均在标准样品推荐值范围内,但相比手工滴定,自动电位滴定法精密度更高。对20个八氧化三铀样品同一种方法进行连续滴定分析,发现手工滴定法效率更高,但自动电位滴定与第三方检测结果对比超差更少。实验最终确定方案,大批量八氧化三铀样品测定时,先采用手工目视滴定法测定,当与第三方检测结果对比偏差>0.2%,且平行相差>0.2%时,用自动电位滴定法复查。In this study,two different methods were used to detect the content of U in the samples of the U_(3)O_(8),and compare automatic potentiometric titration with manual visual titration in accuracy,precision and efficiency.The results showed that two different methods were all within the recommended range of standard samples,but the accuracy of the automatic potentiometric titration was higher than that of manual titration.Continuous titration analysis 20 U_(3)O_(8) samples using these two different methods showed that the efficiency of the manual titration method was higher,but the accuracy of automatic potentiometric titration is higher compare with the results of the third party.The final scheme was determination of large quantities of U_(3)O_(8) samples,first using manual visual titration,when the deviation of results were>0.2% compared with the third party or parallel difference were>0.2% using automatic potentiometric titration to review.
