二甲酚橙分光光度法测定无磷化成工艺中锆含量的研究

摘  要:以二甲酚橙为显色剂建立了分光光度法测定无磷化成工艺中锆含量的方法。在酸性介质中,二甲酚橙与锆离子络合生成稳定的紫色络合物,形成的络合物在波长560 nm处有强吸收,并且在一定浓度范围内符合比尔定律。通过对波长、溶液pH值、显色时间、显色剂用量等因素的研究,建立了此方法,同时通过方法检出限、精密度、重复性、再现性等方面对该方法进行验证。结果表明:在50 mL溶液中,锆离子的含量在0~1.5μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律,该方法相对标准偏差为1.77%~3.58%,回收率为97.3%~104.5%,检出限为0.018 mg/L,精密度符合要求,重复性、再现性良好,结果令人满意。A spectrophotometric determination of zirconium content in non phosphorization process was established using xylenol orange as chromoagent.In acidic media,cresyl orange is complexed with zirconium to form a stable purple complex.The complex formed has strong absorption at the wavelength of 560 nm and complies with Beer's law in a certain concentration range.This method was established through the study of wavelength,solution pH value,color development time,dosage and other factors,with the validation of detection limit,precision,repeatability,reproducibility.The results show that in 50 mL solution,the content of zirconium ions from 0~1.5μg/mL conforms to Beer's law,the relative standard deviation of this method is 1.77%~3.58%,the recovery rate is 97.3%~104.5%,the detection limit is 0.018 mg/L,the precision,repeatability and reproducibility are good,and the results are satisfactory.
