摘  要:不同品牌可乐仅外观无法辨别,并且存在不同的配方,造成了口感的不同,利用紫外光谱技术结合多元统计方法的鉴别分析方法可以对其进行分辨。购买五种不同品牌的可乐,利用紫外光谱技术结合多元统计方法对其进行鉴别分析,多元统计方法包括主成分分析法(PCA)、正交偏最小二乘法判别分析法(OPLS-DA)、费舍尔判别法(FDA)和系统聚类分析法(HC)。仅通过观察光谱并不能有效区分不同品牌可乐,需要紫外光谱技术结合多元统计方法进行鉴别分析。实验表明紫外光谱技术结合多元统计方法可以有效地鉴别不同品牌可乐样品。Different brands of cola cannot be distinguished only by appearance,and different manufacturers have different formulas for their own cola,resulting in different tastes.Therefore,UV spectral techniques combined with multivariate statistical methods are used for identification and analysis.Purchase five different brands of cola,using UVspectral techniques combined with multivariate statistical methods for identification and analysis.Multivariate statistical methods include principal component analysis(PCA),orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA),fisher discriminant analysis(FDA),and hierarchical cluster method(HC).Merely observing spectra cannot effectively distinguish different brands of cola,and UV spectroscopy technology combined with multivariate statistical methods is needed for identification and analysis.The experiment shows that the combination of ultraviolet spectroscopy technology and multivariate statistical methods can effectively identify different brands of cola samples.
