摘　　要：不确定度的评定体现了实验过程中对结果的质量保证。先根据因果关系图拆分细化不确定度来源,将各个不确定度量化并计算,最后通过电子表格法组合。根据不确定度运算结果,与质量相关的操作对不确定度贡献最大,在检测分析过程中,应重点把控与质量相关的操作过程。空白的不确定度难以缩小,受限于实验方法的固有局限性和测量仪器的性能;而在组分中正己烷、正十四烷和正十六烷因其沸点比较特殊应在分析过程中予以重视。实际样品和空白中,未知组分的占比往往高于定量定性的组分,这部分以甲苯半定量,所以甲苯曲线的好坏对质量部分的影响更大。在分析气相色谱法测定室内空气TVOC的不确定度时,可以利用Excel软件的函数简化计算工作,快速出具多个样品的不确定度评定结果。The evaluation of measurement uncertainty reflects the quality assurance of the results during the experiment.The cause/effect diagrams was used as the basis to split the sources of uncertainty,and then the uncertainty of each part was quantified and combined to calculate the total uncertainty with spreadsheet method.From the uncertainty quantification results,the operation related to mass contributed the most to the total uncertainty.We need to focus on the operation about mass during the experiment.The measurement uncertainty of the blanks is challenging to minimize due to the inherent constraints of the experimental methodology and the limitations of the instrument performance.The boiling points of n-hexane,n-tetradecane,and n-hexadecane are special and should be given special attention during the analysis.The proportion of unknown components in normal samples and blank samples is often higher than that in quantitative and qualitative components.The unknown fractions were semiquantitatively analyzed using toluene,which makes the influence of the toluene curve on the mass uncertainty greater.During the evaluation of measurement uncertainty,Excel is used to simplify the work.Excel was used to apply the modeling,and the samples were introduced into the applied model to directly obtain the measurement uncertainty.This allowed the measurement uncertainty results for different samples to be obtained in a short time.
