摘  要:随着中国经济的快速发展,国内对石油产品的需求不断增加。由于我国的石油储存量及开采量不足,且原油价格不断上涨,因此需要大量加工进口原油,尤其是廉价的劣质原油。随着国内石油化工装置的大型化、规模化,以及对长周期运行要求越来越高,劣质原油因其硫含量和酸含量比较高,在加工过程中存在着腐蚀泄漏、高浓度硫化氢物料给安全生产带来隐患的风险。本研究从本企业汽油加氢装置运行实际工况出发,根据当前的原油加工方案,评估装置现有设备管线选材及材质适应性,确定工艺流程中的隐患部位及需重点监控部位,评估装置在线离线腐蚀监测方案并提出合理的优化建议,通过腐蚀流程分析,识别评估装置的腐蚀高风险部位。With the rapid development of China's economy,the domestic demand for petroleum products is increasing.Due to the lack of oil storage and exploitation in China,and the rising price of crude oil,it is necessary to process a large number of imported crude oil,especially cheap and inferior crude oil.With the large-scale and large-scale of domestic petrochemical equipment,and the increasingly high requirements for long-term operation,inferior crude oil has high sulfur content and acid content,so there are risks of corrosion leakage in the processing process,and high concentration hydrogen sulfide materials bring hidden dangers to safety production.Based on the actual operating conditions of the gasoline hydrogenation unit of our company,according to the current crude oil processing scheme,the material selection and material adaptability of the existing equipment and pipelines of the unit are evaluated,the hidden danger parts in the process flow and the key monitoring parts are determined,the online and offline corrosion monitoring scheme of the device is evaluated,and reasonable optimization suggestions are put forward,and the corrosion circuit diagram of the evaluation device is formulated process analysis,identify and evaluate the corrosion high-risk parts of the device.
