摘　　要：针对传统焦炉煤气综合利用的有机硫加氢催化剂供货均为氧化态催化剂,催化剂使用前需要在线硫化,存在开车时间长、运行成本高、排硫污染严重等问题,武汉科林化工集团有限公司开发出了焦炉煤气预加氢、一级加氢以及二级加氢的硫化态加氢脱硫催化剂,开车期间直接使用无需硫化。本文通过实际应用对预硫化催化剂的运输、使用方法进行说明,并从经济性、环保性和安全性进行综合对比,阐述预硫化催化剂的应用优势。Aiming at the traditional coke oven gas comprehensive utilization of organic sulfur hydrotreating catalysts are supplied as oxidation catalysts,the catalysts need to be sulfurized on-line before use,and there are problems such as long start-up time,high operating costs,and serious pollution of sulfur discharge,etc.,Wuhan Kelin Chemical Group Co.,Ltd.has developed the sulfurized HDS catalysts for the coke oven gas pre-hydrotreating,primary hydrotreating,and secondary hydrotreating,which can be used directly during the start-up period without the need for sulfurization.The catalyst can be used directly without sulfurization during start-up.This paper explains the transportation and use of presulfurization catalysts through practical application,and describes the advantages of presulfurization catalysts in terms of economy,environmental protection and safety in a comprehensive comparison.
