摘  要:为有效减缓钻进过程中滤液向地层的侵入,提出了多尺度封堵技术,并从空间封堵和延缓侵入时间两个方面开展了研究。在多级配封堵基础上,研究了微乳液对泥页岩纳微孔缝的封堵作用,利用粒度分布实验和砂床实验评价了多尺度空间封堵效果。实验结果表明,通过钻井液粒度分布的优化配合微乳液,滤失量明显降低,砂床侵入深度从18.2 cm最低降至1.2 cm,封堵效果显著。评价通过适度活度平衡、疏水暂堵及降低毛管驱动力延缓侵入实验,结果表明,调节钻井液活度可以改变渗透压的大小和方向;疏水暂堵技术可使水相的突破压力高于2.0 MPa,油相突破压力都在0.70 MPa以下;采用适当的表面活性剂降低表面张力并改变润湿性,减少了毛细管驱动力。两口井的现场应用结果表明,多尺度封堵技术封堵效果优良,稳定井壁和储层保护效果好。In order to reduce the invasion of filtrate to formation during drilling,a multi scale plugging technology is proposed.The study is carried out from two aspects:space plugging and invasion time delaying.The plugging effect of microemulsion on shale was studied on the basis of multistage plugging,and the effect of multi-scale space plugging was evaluated by the experiments of particle size distribution and sand bed experiment.The experimental results show that through the optimization of the size distributions of the drilling fluid and the microemulsion,the filtration loss is obviously reduced,and the penetration depth of the sand bed is reduced to the lowest of 1.2 cm from 18.2 cm,and the plugging effect is remarkable.Experiments were carried out by moderate activity balance,hydrophobic temporary plugging and reduced capillary driving force.The results show that regulating drilling fluid activity can change the degree and direction of osmotic pressure by adjusting the fluid activity balance.The hydrophobic temporary plugging technique can make the breakthrough pressure of the water phase higher than 2.0 MPa,and the breakthrough pressure of the oil phase is below 0.70 MPa,appropriate surfactants can reduce surface tension and change wettability which reduce capillary driving force.The field application results of two wells showed that the multi-scale plugging technology has good plugging effect,stabilizing borehole wall and controlling formation damage well.
