摘  要:针对光学材料生产中二氧六环废液回收,提出精馏-分子筛膜耦合工艺对二氧六环进行分离提纯,并与传统多塔精馏工艺进行了比较。以年处理2万t二氧六环废溶剂项目为例,结果表明采用膜工艺年运行费用下降约34%,5年总费用下降约32%。装置投运后,各项性能指标优于预期,成本节省达到预期,可为膜工艺在光学材料生产中二氧六环废溶剂回收过程的应用与推广提供指导。For 1,4-dioxane recycling in optical material production,a coupling process of distillation-zeolite membrane was proposed and compared with traditional multiple-step distillation process.The results showed that,for a 1,4-dioxane recovering plant with capacity of 20000 t/a,the annual operating costs and 5-year total costs of membrane process reduced about 34% and 32%,respectively.After the successful operation of the industrial plant,the performance parameters were better than expectation,while the cost savings were also achieved as expected,thus showing a promising application of the membrane process on 1,4-dioxane recycling utilization in optical material production.
