摘 要:虽然现有国内已经存在高分子薄膜专用拉力试验机,但由于这些机器庞大、结构复杂、要求固定安装、价格昂贵且缺乏对样品的扭转性能,限制了其在实验室的应用。本装置结合了拉伸、扭转、可控速度和可显示力学曲线于一体的拉/扭机,由滑台、步进电机、推拉力夹具、可编程步进电机控制器、拉力传感器、扭矩传感器、USB数据采集卡和显示器等合理组装,制备细菌纤维素(BC)纳米纤维取向排列简易拉/扭机,通过调控控制器的程序,实现薄膜可控速度、长度的拉伸与扭转。实验结果表明,采用该装置对BC进行拉伸或扭转后,制备出的BC薄膜具有纤维取向,并随着拉伸长度或扭转转数的增加而增加。While there are domestically available high molecular weight film-specific tensile testing machines,these systems are characterized by their large size,complex structure,fixed installation requirements,high cost,and lack of capability to assess twisting performance of samples.These limitations restrict their applicability in laboratory settings.The proposed device is a combined tensile/twist machine that integrates stretching,twisting,controlled speed capabilities,and mechanical curve display.It is assembled from a slide mechanism,a stepping motor,a push-pull force fixture,a programmable stepping motor controller,a tensile force sensor,a torque sensor,a USB data acquisition card,and an interface display.The device aims to provide a direct solution for the fabrication of arranged bacterial cellulose(BC)nanofibers.Through programming the controller's software program,the device can achieve controlled speed and length adjustments for thin film stretching and twisting.The experimental findings demonstrate that utilizing this device for stretching or twisting BC results in the preparation of oriented BC thin films with increased fiber alignment corresponding to greater stretching lengths or numbers of twists.
