摘  要:在接收站投产初期,由于接收站市场用户的培育需要一个渐进的过程,并且考虑到在开/试车过程中会产生大量蒸发气体(以下称BOG气体),而外输LNG量又达不到足够冷凝BOG,因此往往会将其直接排放至火炬,白白烧掉。这种情况在我国建设的前几座接收站都发生过,经过十余年的技术革新,目前接收站常用处理BOG的方法有3条工艺路线,分别如下:BOG经过低压压缩机压缩后去再冷凝器冷凝后外输;BOG经过低压压缩机压缩,再经过BOG高压压缩机外输;不压缩,直接通过火炬放空。其中通过火炬放空是最不得已的方法,仅在试车和发生重大事故时采用。通过结合近年来BOG高压压缩机的运行经验,对BOG高压压缩机的工艺设计作浅要分析,希望能为后续LNG接收站的设计及操作提供借鉴和帮助。In the early stages of the commissioning of the receiving station,due to the gradual process required for cultivating the market users of the receiving station,and considering that a large amount of evaporated gas(hereinafter referred to as BOG gas)will be generated during the start-up/commissioning process,and the amount of LNG exported is not enough to condense BOG,it is often directly discharged into the flare and burned for nothing.This situation has occurred in the first few receiving stations built in China.After more than ten years of technological innovation,there are currently three commonly used methods for processing BOG in receiving stations,as follows:BOG is compressed by a low-pressure compressor,then condensed by a condenser and exported.BOG is compressed by a low-pressure compressor and then exported by a high-pressure BOG compressor.Not compressed,directly vented through the torch.Among them,venting through the torch is the last resort,which is only used during testing and in the event of major accidents.By combining the operating experience of BOG high-pressure compressors in recent years,this paper provides a brief analysis of the process design of BOG high-pressure compressors,hoping to provide reference and assistance for the design and operation of LNG receiving stations in the future.
