摘  要:加氢装置中,减压塔作为分馏部分的主要设备之一,肩负着分馏不同组成产品的重要任务。减压塔与汽提塔、侧线塔关系紧密,以汽提塔底油为进料,利用其负压操作,分馏出常压塔难以分离的重组分。减压塔通常塔径粗且筒体高,是装置平面合理布置和配管优化设计中的重要一环。减压塔底出口管线温度较高、管径较粗,其对塔裙座高度、管口方位、下游设备的平面布置影响较大。下文以减压塔至塔底泵管线配管设计为例,探讨在进行配管设计时需要考虑的多种因素,使设计更为合理便捷。In the hydrogenation unit,the decompression tower,as one of the main equipment in the fractionation section,shoulders the important task of fractionating different components of products.The decompression column is closely related to stripper column and side line column,and using the bottom oil of stripper column as feed,the negative pressure operation can fractionate the recombination fraction which is difficult to separate from the normal pressure column.The decompression tower usually has a large diameter and high barrel,which is an important part in the rational layout of the device plane and the optimal design of the pipe.The outlet pipe at the bottom of the decompression tower has higher temperature and larger diameter,which has great influence on the height of the tower skirt,the orientation of the pipe mouth and the plane layout of the downstream equipment.The following takes the design of the pump line from the decompression tower to the bottom of the tower as an example to discuss the various factors that need to be considered in the design of the pipe,so as to make the design more reasonable and convenient.
