摘  要:荧光传感技术因具有选择性好、灵敏度高、响应速度快等优点引起了广泛的研究和关注。本实验将学科前沿热点——荧光传感技术引入实验教学,设计开发了基于Knoevenagel缩合反应制备荧光分子的综合创新实验,通过各项表征测试确定分子结构,将产物应用于酸碱响应实验,表现出较好的显色及荧光效果。本实验不仅涉及有机合成、抽滤、洗涤等基础有机实验操作,还包含了结构表征、分离纯化、检测试纸制备等技术,同时还融合了有机荧光材料和荧光传感的概念。该创新实验具有绿色环保、条件易控、操作简单、现象明显等优势。通过该创新实验,能够拓宽本科生的视野,并有效培养学生综合运用有机化学、分析化学及仪器分析等知识解决具体问题的能力,同时有利于学生夯实理论知识与基础有机实验的操作能力,了解荧光传感的性质、研究动态等,激发学生的化学研究兴趣,提高学生的综合能力。Fluorescence sensing technology has attracted extensive research and attention because of its good selectivity,high sensitivity and fast response.In this experiment,the hot topics and frontiers of the fluorescence sensing and detection technology were introduced into the experimental education,and a comprehensive innovative experiment for preparing fluorescent molecules based on Knoevenagel condensation reaction was designed and developed.The molecular structure was determined through various characterization,and the product was prepared into fluorescent strips and applied to the response to acid and base,showing good color rendering and fluorescence effects.This experiment not only involves basic organic experiments such as organic synthesis,extraction,filtration and washing,but also includes structural characterization,separation and purification,and preparation of test paper.Meanwhile,the concepts of organic fluorescent materials and fluorescence sensing involved and practiced.The whole experiment has the characteristics of green and environmental protection,easy control of experimental conditions,simple operation and obvious phenomena.Through this innovative experiment,it can broaden the field of vision of undergraduates,and effectively cultivate students'ability to comprehensively apply organic chemistry,analytical chemistry,and spectral analysis to solve specific problems.At the same time,it is helpful for students to consolidate the knowledge of basic organic experiments,understand the properties and research progress of fluorescence sensor,stimulate students'interest in chemistry research,and improve students'comprehensive abilities.
