摘  要:综合实验的开设有助于学生理解基本理论和掌握实验技能、培养科研兴趣、提升科研能力和综合素质。为此,设计了基于二氧化锰纳米片氧化维生素B_(1)的研究型荧光分析实验。具体包括二氧化锰纳米片的制备、维生素B_(1)氧化条件的选择、方法分析性能的评估和实际样品测定等4部分内容。测定原理是:在弱碱性条件下,二氧化锰纳米片将非荧光的维生素B_(1)氧化成强荧光的硫色素,在370 nm波长光的激发下,硫色素的荧光强度值与维生素B_(1)的浓度线性相关。该实验将纳米材料的合成与荧光分析技术相结合,可培养学生的探索精神与创新思维,促进学生专业能力的提高。Establishment of integrated chemistry experiments is helpful for students to familiarize themselves with the basic theories and master the basic experimental skills,cultivate scientific research interests,and improve scientific research ability and comprehensive quality.Therefore,we have designed a research-oriented fluorescence analysis experiment based on MnO_(2)nanosheet(MnO_(2)NS)oxidation of vitamin B_(1)(VB_(1)),which includes the preparation of MnO_(2)NS,the selection of VB_(1) oxidation conditions,the evaluation of analytical performance of the method and the determination of real samples.The experimental principle is that under weakly alkaline conditions,MnO_(2)NS oxidizes non-fluorescent VB_(1) into intensely fluorescent thiochrome(TC).Excited at 370 nm,the fluorescence intensity value of TC is linearly correlated with the concentration of VB_(1).This experiment integrates the preparation of nanomaterials and fluorescence analysis technology,which can cultivate undergraduate'exploration spirit and innovative thinking,and promote the improvement of their professional abilities.
