工业再生水用于烟厂循环冷却水补水的研究

摘  要:通过分析某烟草生产企业再生水的处理工艺和出水水质,研究了工业再生水作为补充水对烟草生产企业循环冷却水的影响。结果表明:处理后的再生水氨氮质量浓度小于2 mg/L,COD质量浓度小于25 mg/L,再生水水质符合《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范(GB/T 50050—2017)》中的相关水质要求。通过再生水补水,减少了循环冷却水系统约30%的补水量。同时,藻类微生物分析结果表明,再生水中的藻类微生物种类较少,再生水补水并不会引起循环水系统的藻类滋生。By analyzing the treatment process and effluent of reclaimed water as circulating cooling water in a tobacco production enterprise,the influence of industrial reclaimed water supplementation on the circulating cooling water of tobacco production enterprise was studied.The result show that the concentration of ammonia nitrogen and COD concentration of the treated reclaimed water is less than 2 mg/L and the COD concentration is less than 25 mg/L,and the quality of the reclaimed water meets the relevant water quality requirements in the code for the design of industrial circulating cooling water treatment(GB/T 50050—2017).By replenishing water with reclaimed water,the amount of water replenished by the circulating cooling water system is reduced by about 30%.At the same time,the analysis results of algae microorganisms showed that there were fewer algae microbial species in the reclaimed water,and the reclaimed water replenishment did not cause the growth of algae in the circulating water system.
