摘  要:中国是世界上最大的电解锰生产和消费国,电解锰渣是电解锰过程中产生的酸性废渣,其中含有大量的金属离子和氨氮类物质,电解锰渣如未找到合理的资源化途径,极易造成环境污染。本文基于电解锰渣制硫酸铵技术的首次中试情况,分析该技术的资源化利用、技术经济指标等,为开发电解锰渣资源化综合利用的工程化研究提供参考。China is the world's largest producer and consumer of electrolytic manganese.Electrolytic manganese slag is an acidic waste residue generated during the electrolytic manganese process,which contains a large amount of metal ions and ammonia nitrogen substances.If a reasonable resource utilization path is not found for electrolytic manganese slag,it is highly likely to cause environmental pollution.This article is based on the first pilot test of the technology of producing ammonium sulfate from electrolytic manganese slag,analyzing the resource utilization,technical and economic indicators of this technology,and providing reference for the engineering research of comprehensive utilization of electrolytic manganese slag resources.
