摘  要:随着丙烯腈装置工艺性能的提升,同时接收其他装置的废气及催化剂老化催化效果不理想导致废气内杂质比例升高。另外,随着国家对环境保护提出更高的标准,GB 31571—2015《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》,对废气焚烧炉的环保指标如氮氧化物、非甲烷总烃、二氧化硫及丙烯腈装置特有的丙烯腈、乙腈等物质提出了明确要求。前期设计的废气焚烧炉排放指标能否到达现在的高要求还值得验证。本文分析焚烧炉复杂工况运行的问题,针对性地调整操作和优化指标,使原先设计的焚烧炉在复杂工况下安全、稳定、环保运行。With the improvement of the process performance of the acrylonitrile unit,the proportion of impurities in the exhaust gas increases due to the unsatisfactory catalytic effect of receiving exhaust gas from other units and catalyst aging.In addition,with the country's higher standards for environmental protection,GB 31571—2015"Emission Standards for Pollutants in the Petrochemical Industry"requires clear requirements for environmental indicators of waste gas incinerators,such as nitrogen oxides,non-methane total hydrocarbons,sulfur dioxide,and substances unique to acrylonitrile units such as acrylonitrile and acetonitrile.It is worth verifying and solving whether the emission indicators of the pre designed waste gas incinerator can meet the current high requirements.This article analyzes the problems of complex operating conditions in incinerators,and adjusts the operation and optimization indicators in a targeted manner to ensure the safe,stable,and environmentally friendly operation of the originally designed incinerator under complex operating conditions.
