摘  要:围绕镁质熔剂性球团矿回转窑结圈问题,以唐钢提供的矿粉为原料进行了焙烧实验,研究了SiO_(2)含量对球团粉末压块的抗压强度和软熔特性的影响,分析了不同SiO_(2)含量的球团粉末压块的微观矿相结构及元素组成,解析了SiO_(2)对球团回转窑结圈物的形成的影响。结果表明:随着压块中SiO_(2)含量不断增加,压块的抗压强度逐渐提高,压块的DT、ST均降低;同时赤铁矿粉末和熔剂产生的液相增多,促进赤铁矿在回转窑中扩散和连晶,从而加固了回转窑的结圈。Focusing on the problem of ring formation in rotary kiln of magnesia fluxes pellets,roasting experiments were carried out with the ore powder provided by Tangshan Steel as the raw material,and the effects of SiO_(2) content on the compressive strength and soft fusible characteristics of pellet powder briquettes were investigated,the micro-mineral structure and elemental composition of pellet powder briquettes with different contents of SiO_(2) were analysed,and the effect of SiO_(2) on the formation of circling objects in the pellet rotary kiln was resolved.The results show that:with the increasing content of SiO_(2) in the briquettes,the compressive strength of the briquettes gradually increased,and the DT and ST of the briquettes decreased;At the same time,the liquid phase produced by the hematite powder and the melt increased,which promotes the diffusion of hematite and the continuous crystallisation of the hematite in the rotary kiln,and thus strengthens the circling of the rotary kiln.
