摘 要:针对澳矿、PB块矿、墨西哥块矿和南非块矿的热爆裂性的差异问题,文章研究了不同块矿的热爆裂性的影响因素与作用机制。研究结果显示:块矿的热爆裂性随着温度的升高而变差,其中南非块矿热爆裂性最优,几乎无爆裂发生;其次为墨西哥块矿,热爆裂指数不超过4%;热爆裂性较差的为PB块矿,800℃的热爆裂指数为16.66%;澳矿的爆裂性最差,800℃的热爆裂指数为20.29%。引起块矿热爆裂现象的主要因素为块矿中结晶水的分解,相较于墨西哥块矿与南非块矿,澳矿与PB块矿含有大量的结晶水,因此其热爆裂现象更剧烈。澳矿中分布均匀的内部孔洞,低于600℃时缓解热爆裂,高于600℃时促进热爆裂,同时脉石结构分布更均匀的南非块矿的热爆裂性更好。Taking Australian lump ore,PB lump ore,Mexican lump ore and South African lump ore as the research objects,the decrepitation performance of natural lump ore was analyzed by SEM/EDS and XRD,and the influencing factors and mechanism of decrepitation of different ore were studied.The research results show that the decrepitation of lump ore deteriorates with increasing temperature.Among them,South African lump ore exhibits the best thermal explosiveness,with almost no occurrence of decrepitation phenomena,followed by Mexican lump ore,with a decrepitation index of not more than 4%at the experimental temperature.The decrepitation phenomenon of PB lump ore is more severe,and its the decrepitation index at 800℃ is 16.66%.The decrepitation of Australian ore is the worst,and the decrepitation index at 800℃ is 20.29%.The main factor causing the decrepitation phenomenon of the lump ore is the decomposition and removal of crystal water in the lump ore.The Australian ore and the PB lump ore contain a large amount of crystal water,hence their decrepitation phenomena are more severe.The evenly distributed internal pores in lump ore can alleviate decrepitation phenomena at lower temperatures(approximately below 600℃)and promote decrepitation at higher temperatures(approximately above 600℃).Additionally,lump ore with uniformly distributed vein structures exhibits better thermal explosiveness.
