摘  要:推焦串序操作会对焦炉燃烧室和炭化室产生一定的影响,文章建立了焦炉多室耦合数学模型,利用燃烧室两侧炭化室固定时间差的方式进行了推焦串序过程的研究。结果表明,推焦串序对燃烧室产生明显的影响,会使燃烧室出口温度和NO浓度出现W曲线的变化趋势,其中2-1推焦串序过程呈现对称型W曲线,5-2推焦串序过程呈现不对称型W曲线。在整个结焦周期内,5-2推焦串序具有较低的NO和较小的直行温度波动,能够更好地满足6 m焦炉的低NO排放和温度控制。The coke pushing sequence operation will have a certain impact on the coke oven combustion chamber and carbonization chamber.In this paper,a multi-chamber coupling mathematical model of coke oven is established,and the coke pushing sequence process is studied by using the fixed time difference between the carbonization chambers on both sides of the combustion chamber.The results show that the coke pushing sequence has a significant effect on the combustion chamber,which will make the outlet temperature and NO concentration of the combustion chamber show the trend of W curve.The 2-1 coke pushing sequence process shows a symmetrical W curve,and the 5-2 coke pushing sequence process shows an asymmetrical W curve.In the whole coking cycle,the 5-2 pushing sequence has lower NO and smaller straight temperature fluctuation,which can better meet the low NO emission and temperature control of 6 m coke oven.
