摘  要:在高炉炼铁全流程中,碱金属对焦炭结构和性能的影响始终是关注的重点。文中研究了高炉下部高温区域中钠蒸气对焦炭结构的破坏及焦炭气固溶损反应的影响。吸附钠蒸气后的焦炭未产生粉化现象,但气孔数量增加,同时伴有内部裂纹的产生,焦炭机械强度降低。焦炭吸附钠蒸气后,反应性明显提高,反应后强度逐渐降低,表明钠促进了焦炭与CO_(2)的气固溶损反应。此外,非等温热重实验结果显示,在升温过程中,随着钠/焦炭的增加,失重率升高。In the whole process of blast furnace ironmaking,the influence of alkali metals on the structure and properties of coke has always been the focus of attention.This paper studies the damage of sodium vapor to the coke structure in the high-temperature area in the lower part of the blast furnace and its effect on the gas-solid solution loss reaction of coke.The coke did not produce pulverization after the adsorption of sodium vapor,but the number of pores increased,accompanied by the generation of internal cracks,and the mechanical strength of coke decreased.After the coke adsorbed sodium vapor,the reactivity of the coke was significantly improved,and the strength gradually decreased after the reaction,indicating that sodium promoted the gas-solid solution loss reaction of coke and CO_(2).In addition,the results of non-isothermal thermogravimetric experiments showed that during the heating process,with the increase of sodium/coke,the weight loss rate also showed an increasing trend.
