摘 要:为了快速、准确地定位到烧结系统中具体的漏风部位,辽宁科技大学开发了在线漏风率监测系统,通过对本钢1号烧结机进行实时监测,确定漏风部位并制定高效补漏方案,经过对烧结系统漏风点的高效修补,实现了烧结机本体漏风率降低4个百分点,系统漏风率降低2个百分点,烧结矿产量提高1.74%,同时烧结矿质量也得到了提高。To quickly and accurately locate the specific air leakage parts in the sintering system,Liaoning University of Science and Technology has developed an online air leakage rate monitoring system that identifies the air leakage parts and develops an efficient leakage repair program through real-time monitoring of the Bensteel No.1 sintering machine.After efficiently repairing the air leakage points of the sintering system,the air leakage rate of the sintering machine body was reduced by 4 percentage points,the air leakage rate of the system was reduced by 2 percentage points,and the sintered ore yield was increased by 1.74%,while the quality of the sintered ore was improved to some extent.
