摘  要:井壁坍塌问题是石油钻井工程中经常遇到的复杂情况,保持井壁稳定具有十分重要的意义。井壁失稳破裂后若不能正确处置,就可能引起井眼压力降低发生溢流,或者导致井塌,甚至有井喷的危险,严重影响钻井速度和效益,阻碍油田勘探开发。吐哈油田温米区块储气库井井壁失稳坍塌较严重,严重影响生产进度,造成巨大浪费。由于定向井、水平井特殊的井身结构,井壁稳定问题在这些井中显得更加突出。基于此,本文根据吐哈油田地层特征,详细分析井壁失稳坍塌的各种原因,结合生产实践制定预防措施。The problem of borehole collapse is a complex situation often encountered in oil drilling engineering,and it is of great significance to maintain the stability of the borehole.If the borehole instability and rupture cannot be properly disposed of,it may cause the wellbore pressure to decrease and overflow,or lead to the collapse of the well,and even the danger of blowout,which will seriously affect the drilling speed and efficiency,and hinder the exploration and development of the oilfield.The instability and collapse of the gas storage well in the Wenmi block of Tuha Oilfield are serious,which seriously delays the production progress and causes huge consumption.Due to the special borehole structure of directional wells and horizontal wells,the problem of borehole stability is more prominent in these wells.Based on this,according to the formation characteristics of Tuha Oilfield,this paper analyzes in detail the various causes of borehole instability and collapse,and formulates preventive measures in combination with production practice.
