摘　　要：水资源是人类赖以生存的基础资源,也是重要的经济资源。随着人口增长和经济社会的发展,水资源需求不断增加,而水资源短缺、水污染和水灾害等问题日益突出。因此,加强水资源管理,尤其是基层水资源管理,对保障水资源安全、促进经济社会高质量发展具有重要意义。本文旨在探讨强化基层水资源管理的科学研究,论述基层水资源管理的现实意义,提出有效可行的管理策略。Water resources are the fundamental resources for human survival and an important economic resource.With population growth and economic and social development,the demand for water resources continues to increase,and problems such as water scarcity,water pollution,and water disasters are becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,strengthening water resource management,especially at the grassroots level,is of great significance for ensuring water resource security and promoting high-quality economic and social development.This article aims to explore the scientific research on strengthening grassroots water resource management,discuss the practical significance of grassroots water resource management,and propose effective and feasible management strategies.
