摘  要:基于关键点检测的螺栓状况实时监测对预防事故和减少设备损坏具有重要作用。强磁机系统设备高速旋转时,螺栓经常出现松动甚至脱落等情况,易导致设备内部成分损坏。为了解决这一问题,本文提出了一种基于螺栓关键点监测模型的强磁机智能监测方法。该模型设计了复杂环境下的螺栓关键点监测任务,通过识别螺栓的六个顶点,不断监测螺栓是否有松动现象。为了进一步提高模型的泛化性能,采用大规模预训练技术提升网络的特征提取能力,设计了轻量化的特征编码结构和预测机制,以完成模型推理。本文系统性地提出了工业强磁机系统的螺栓松动监测方案,为系统安全和维护提供了智能化的技术基础。Real time monitoring of bolt condition based on key point detection plays an important role in preventing accidents and equipment damage.In a strong magnetic machine system,due to the high-speed rotation of the equipment,bolts often become loose or even fall off,which can easily lead to significant damage to the internal components of the equipment.To solve this dilemma,an intelligent monitoring model based on bolt key point detection is proposed.Firstly,a bolt key point detection task was designed in complex environments,which continuously monitors whether the bolt is loosening by identifying its six vertices.In order to further improve the generalization performance of the model,large-scale pre training techniques were adopted to enhance the network's feature extraction ability,and a lightweight feature encoding structure and prediction mechanism were designed to complete the model inference.This article systematically proposes a bolt loosening monitoring scheme for industrial systems,providing an intelligent technical foundation for system safety and maintenance.
