某电站控制系统与触摸屏通讯中断处理方法分析

摘  要:触摸屏作为重要的人机界面,是控制系统PLC和用户之间交互和信息交换的媒介。当触摸屏与控制系统PLC通讯中断时,会影响用户对控制系统有关设备运行状态的查看、操作及故障分析判断。本文结合某大型水电站公用辅助设备控制系统PLC与触摸屏通讯中断实例,对通讯中断原因进行排查和分析,并提出解决方案,以期为相关人员提供参考和借鉴。As an important human-machine interface touch screen,it is a medium for interaction and information exchange between the control system PLC and the user.When the communication between the touch screen and the control system PLC is disconnected,it will affect the user's ability to view,operate,and analyze faults related to the operation status of equipment in the control system.This article combines an example of communication interruption between the PLC and touch screen of a public auxiliary equipment control system in a large hydropower station,we have investigated and analyzed the reasons for communication interruptions,and provided a solution,and provides solutions in order to provide reference and guidance for relevant personnel.
