摘  要:在大体积混凝土施工中,通常采取预留后浇带的方式释放应力。而采用跳仓法代替后浇带可避免后期清理的麻烦,减少安全质量隐患,大幅缩短工期。基于此,本文结合重庆东站工程实践,探讨了跳仓法替代后浇带在大体积混凝土施工中的可行性。通过混凝土配合比设计、强度数据分析及分仓方案可行性分析,证明了跳仓法的有效性。同时,详细阐述了混凝土施工技术要求及质量保证措施,包括浇筑前的准备、浇筑过程中的控制以及振捣和养护措施,以期为同类工程提供参考。In the construction of large-volume concrete,the stress is usually relieved by reserving the post-pouring belt.The use of the warehouse jumping method instead of the post-pouring belt can avoid the trouble of later cleaning,reduce the hidden dangers of safety and quality,and greatly shorten the construction period.Based on this,combined with the practice of Chongqing East Railway Station,this paper discusses the feasibility of replacing the post-cast belt with the warehouse jumping method in the construction of large-volume concrete.The effectiveness of the warehouse jumping method is proved by the concrete mix design,strength data analysis and feasibility analysis of the warehouse splitting scheme.At the same time,the technical requirements and quality assurance measures of concrete construction are elaborated in detail,including the preparation before pouring,the control during pouring,and the vibration and maintenance measures,in order to provide reference for similar projects in the future.
