摘 要:随着矿产资源的日益枯竭,开采深度不断增加,传统采矿方法面临严峻挑战,高分段大间距无底柱分段崩落采矿新技术应运而生。通过优化采矿设计、支护方案和开采工艺,该技术实现了复杂矿体的安全高效开采。本文阐述了该技术的核心要点,包括高分段开采设计、大间距布置方式、无底柱结构特点以及分段崩落机理分析,探讨了该技术关键要素的设计与优化,比如采场结构参数、采切工艺和支护方式的选择,并分析了保障该技术安全高效实施的措施,包括分段崩落控制技术、采场通风与瓦斯治理以及采矿设备自动化应用,对于推动矿业技术进步具有重要参考价值。With the depletion of mineral resources and the increasing depth of mining,traditional mining methods are facing serious challenges.The new technology of high-segmentation,large-spacing,bottomless pillar-segmented caving mining has emerged,and the safe and efficient mining of complex ore bodies has been realized by optimizing the mining design,support scheme and mining technology.This paper expounds the core points of the technology,including the design of high-segmented mining,the layout of large spacing,the structural characteristics of the bottomless pillar and the analysis of the segmented caving mechanism,discusses the design and optimization of the key elements of the technology,such as the selection of stope structural parameters,mining and cutting technology and support methods,and analyzes the measures to ensure the safe and efficient implementation of the technology,including the staged caving control technology,stope ventilation and gas control,and the application of mining equipment automation,which has important reference value for promoting the progress of mining technology.
