摘 要:住宅小区雨污分流项目投资管理旨在通过合理规划和有效管理,实现雨水资源的合理利用和污水排放的规范处理。然而,在实际操作过程中,该过程存在一系列问题,不仅影响项目顺利进行,还可能导致资源浪费和环境污染。基于此,本文结合某市实例,分析住宅小区雨污分流项目工程投资管理现状,从技术、管理、市场三个方面分析问题原因,从工程投资估算、成本控制、信息沟通等角度提出具体解决对策,以期为同类型工程管理提供参考和借鉴。The investment management of rainwater and sewage diversion projects in residential communities aims to achieve the rational utilization of rainwater resources and standardized treatment of sewage discharge through reasonable planning and effective management.However,in the actual operation process,there are a series of problems that not only affect the smooth progress of the project,but also may lead to resource waste and environmental pollution.Based on this,this article combines a residential area rainwater and sewage diversion project in a certain city to analyze the current status of investment management in residential area rainwater and sewage diversion projects.The reasons for the problems are analyzed from three aspects:technology,management,and market.Specific solutions are proposed from the perspectives of engineering investment estimation,cost control,and information communication,in order to provide reference and guidance for the management of similar projects.
