摘　　要：铁路行车调度员作为铁路运输系统的核心岗位,负责指挥和协调列车运行,保证铁路交通的安全和顺畅。然而,行车指挥过程中存在多种安全风险,如果没有进行合理的风险控制,就会影响铁路行车的安全性、稳定性与高效性。因此,需要采取有效的风险控制措施保障行车安全。基于此,本文通过分析铁路行车调度员行车指挥安全现状,阐述了行车指挥安全风险识别,提出了有效的行车指挥安全风险控制策略。As the core position of the railway transportation system,railway dispatchers are responsible for commanding and coordinating train operations to ensure the safety and smoothness of railway traffic.However,there are various safety risks in the process of train command.If reasonable risk control is not carried out,it will affect the safety,stability,and efficiency of railway train operation.Therefore,effective risk control measures need to be taken to ensure train safety.Based on this,this article first analyzes the safety status of railway traffic dispatchers'traffic command,then elaborates on the identification of traffic command safety risks,and finally proposes effective traffic command safety risk control strategies.
