摘　　要：为了有效提高老旧小区加装电梯工程建设质量和效率,更好地服务于人民群众,本文阐述了老旧小区加装电梯的必要性,分析了工程施工的特点,并采用案例分析法,深入探讨了老旧小区加装电梯工程管理的有效措施,期望能够为相关人员提供有价值的参考和借鉴。In order to effectively improve the quality and efficiency of the construction of elevators in old residential areas and better serve the people.This paper mainly expounds the necessity of adding elevators in old communities,analyzes the characteristics of engineering construction,and uses case analysis method to deeply discuss the effective measures of adding elevator engineering management in old communities,hoping to provide valuable reference for relevant personnel.
