摘  要:技术人才是企业人才梯队的基石,卓越的工程师队伍更是引领企业未来技术革新的顶尖力量。本文通过分析航空企业技术人才队伍现状与卓越工程师队伍建设目标之间的差距,基于卓越工程师胜任力模型,研究建立循环迭代培养体系,对推动企业卓越工程师梯队培养体系建设进行思考和探索,为相关工作提供参考和借鉴。Technical talents are the cornerstone of a company's talent pool,and an outstanding team of engineers is the top force leading the company's future technological innovation.This article takes the gap between the current situation of the technical talent team in aviation enterprises and the goal of building an excellent engineering team as the starting point.Based on the competence model of excellent engineers,a cyclic iterative training system is summarized and developed to explore and promote the construction of an excellent engineering team training system in enterprises,in order to provide reference and inspiration for related work.
