乡村振兴背景下山区县域搬迁撤并类自然村识别研究——以遂昌县为例

摘　　要：搬迁撤并类自然村的准确识别是山区县域乡村振兴的重要方法。本文以浙江省丽水市遂昌县作为研究区域,基于已经搬迁撤并自然村的地理坐标,通过地理加权回归进行遂昌县自搬迁撤并地区适宜性评价;结合自然村发展指数,根据组态特征识别搬迁撤并类自然村。结果表明:1)识别得到遂昌县搬迁撤并自然村462个,占自然村总数的36.15%,主要集中在县域西南部及西北部;2)遂昌县搬迁撤并适宜性地区分布不均,高、低值均以带状、块状分布为主;3)遂昌县自然村整体发展水平一般,总体呈现“东高西低,中东部高其余低”的分布特征,识别所得的搬迁撤并类自然村均为发展潜力不足的自然村。The accurate identification of relocated and merged villages in mountainous counties is an important measure for rural revitalization.This research takes Suichang County,Lishui City,Zhejiang Province as the research area.Based on the geographical coordinates of the relocated and merged natural villages,the suitability of village relocation and consolidation is evaluated using geographical weighted regression.Combined with the village development index,the relocated and merged villages are identified according to their configuration features.The results show that:1)A total of 462 relocated and merged natural villages were identified in Suichang County,accounting for 36.15%of the total number of natural villages.These villages are mainly concentrated in the southwestern and northwestern parts of the county.2)The distribution of relocated and merged areas in Suichang County is uneven,with high and low values primarily distributed in the form of bands and blocks.3)The overall development level of natural villages in Suichang County is average.Generally,it shows the distribution characteristics of'high in the east and low in the west,high in the middle and low in the surrounding areas'.Additionally,the identified relocated and merged natural villages are all those with insufficient development potential.
