摘　　要：本研究以“环氧封闭底漆+环氧云铁中间漆+氟碳面漆”组成的双组份氟碳防护涂料配套体系作为高速公路混凝土桥梁防撞墙防护设计方案。根据相应标准技术指标要求分别对底漆、中间漆、面漆及配套体系进行了系统性评价测试。结果表明,该体系具有优异的机械性能、耐腐蚀性能、抗碳化性能及耐紫外老化性能,可适用于相对湿度较大、紫外光照强烈的工业大气环境。同时,该体系在启扬高速混凝土桥梁防撞墙修复与防护工程应用中表现良好,各项性能优异,是混凝土桥梁防撞墙防护治理的优异选择。In this study,a two-component fluorocarbon protective coating supporting system composed of"epoxy sealing primer+epoxy micaceous iron intermediate paint+fluorocarbon topcoat"was used as the design scheme for the impact wall protection of highway concrete bridges.According to the requirements of the corresponding standard technical indicators,the primer,intermediate paint,topcoat and supporting system were systematically evaluated and tested.The results show that the system has excellent mechanical properties,corrosion resistance,carbonization resistance and ultraviolet aging resistance,and can be applied to the industrial atmospheric environment with high relative humidity and strong ultraviolet light.At the same time,the system has good performance in the application of Qiyang high-speed concrete bridge crash wall repair and protection engineering,and has excellent performance,which is an excellent choice for the protection and treatment of concrete bridge crash wall.
