铁尾矿协同麦秸杆与外加剂制备新型生态路面砖的耐久性研究

摘  要:为解决铁尾矿、麦秸杆废弃物造成的环境污染问题,推动固废资源再利用,以铁尾矿、秸秆纤维、水泥、外加剂和减水剂为原料制备新型生态路面砖。通过设计不同的配合比,探索最优掺量组合,制备出符合力学性能要求且耐久性良好的路面砖。试验结果表明,当铁尾矿掺量∶秸秆纤维掺量(纤维长度5~7 cm)∶水泥掺量为∶外加剂掺量∶减水剂掺量=60∶1.5∶15∶1.5∶0.3时,路面砖具有最佳的抗压强度和抗折性能。此外,该配比下路面砖的吸水率较低,耐磨性卓越,且在极端气候条件下具有良好的稳定性和耐久性。实际应用效果表明,新型生态路面砖在性能、耐久性等方面均优于普通水泥砖。In order to solve the environmental pollution problem caused by iron tailings and wheat straw waste,and promote the reuse of solid waste resources,a new type of ecological pavement brick was prepared from iron tailings,straw fiber,cement,admixtures and water reducers.By designing different mix ratios and exploring the optimal dosage combination,the pavement bricks that meet the requirements of mechanical properties and have good durability are prepared.The test results show that when the content of iron tailings:the content of straw fiber(fiber length 5~7 cm):the content of cement is:the content of admixture:the content of superplasticizer=60:1.5:15:1.5:0.3,the pavement brick has the best compressive strength and flexural performance.In addition,the pavement bricks under this ratio have low water absorption,excellent wear resistance,and good stability and durability under extreme climatic conditions.The practical application effect shows that the new ecological pavement brick is better than the ordinary cement brick in terms of performance and durability.
