建筑材料燃烧热值测量不确定度的B类评定分析

摘  要:在建筑领域,建筑材料燃烧热值的测量对于评估建筑的安全性和防火性能至关重要。然而,由于各种因素的影响,测量结果往往存在一定的不确定度。测量不确定度的评定有A类评定和B类评定,其中B类评定是一个复杂而重要的过程。为了深入探究B类评定,我们设计了燃烧热值试验,依据相关标准对硅酸钙板进行了燃烧热值测定,并通过数学模型和测量不确定度评定标准进行了深入分析,最终得到了燃烧热值测量不确定度的B类评定的合成标准不确定度结果。In the field of construction,the measurement of the calorific value of combustion of building materials is essential to assess the safety and fire performance of buildings.However,due to various factors,there is often a certain degree of uncertainty in the measurement results.There are two types of measurement uncertainty evaluation,Class A assessment,and Class B evaluation,of which Class B evaluation is a complex and important process.In order to further explore the class B assessment,we designed the combustion calorific value test,measured the combustion calorific value of the calcium silicate board according to the relevant standards,and conducted an in-depth analysis through the mathematical model and measurement uncertainty evaluation criteria,and finally obtained the synthetic standard uncertainty results of the class B assessment of the measurement uncertainty of the combustion calorific value.
