摘　　要：文章以某污水管网建设工程为例,重点研究沉井顶管施工技术的应用方法,详细梳理了沉井施工中的混凝土浇筑与脚手架搭设要点,并从设备选型与调试、进出洞口措施、顶进施工措施、顶管接口施工等方面分析了顶管技术,重点强调了施工偏差与校正、停电应急反应、机械使用等安全控制要点,以期为类似项目提供有效参考。Taking a sewage pipe network construction project as an example,this paper focuses on the application method of caisson pipe jacking construction technology,sorts out the key points of concrete pouring and scaffolding erection in caisson construction in detail,and analyzes the pipe jacking technology from the aspects of equipment selection and commissioning,entrance and exit measures,jacking construction measures,pipe jacking interface construction,etc.,and emphasizes the safety control points such as construction deviation and correction,power failure emergency response,and mechanical use,so as to provide an effective reference for similar projects.
