摘 要:以渝昆高铁川渝段缙云山隧道为工程为背景,对二衬纵向连续灌注施工工艺进行了综合研究。结果表明,采用二衬纵向连续灌注技术可在提高施工工效的同时,节约衬砌浇筑施工的循环时间;根据衬砌混凝土无损检测结果,纵向连续灌注技术可明显减少质量缺陷,降低整治费用。相比传统的冲顶灌注,纵向连续灌注实现了隐蔽工程可视化,减少了衬砌拱顶脱空、开裂掉块及混凝土不密实等质量问题,提高了隧道衬砌质量。该研究可为铁路、公路隧道类似工程衬砌施工高质量提供参考和借鉴。Taking the Jinyunshan Tunnel of the Sichuan-Chongqing section of the Chongqing-Kunming high-speed railway as the engineering background,a comprehensive study was carried out on the longitudinal continuous perfusion construction technology of the second lining.The results show that the longitudinal continuous perfusion technology of the second lining can improve the construction efficiency and save the cycle time of lining pouring construction.According to the results of non-destructive testing of lining concrete,longitudinal continuous pouring technology can significantly reduce quality defects and reduce remediation costs.Compared with the traditional punching and topping,the longitudinal continuous pouring realizes the visualization of concealed engineering,reduces the quality problems such as hollowing,cracking and non-compacting of the lining vault,and improves the quality of tunnel lining.The research can provide reference and reference for the high quality of lining construction of similar projects in railway and highway tunnels.
