声波透射法在工程桩基检测中的应用

摘  要:下文主要介绍了一种检测混凝土钻孔灌注桩质量的方法-声波透射法,首先介绍了声波透射法的基本原理、检测方法、工作参数以及检测结果的判别依据,最后以杭州市钱塘新区江东六路南侧的河庄公租房一期项目的桩基质量检测为例。结果得到:声波透射法是一种快速、准确的检测混凝土桩基质量的方法;当声速、波幅从桩身到桩底都大于临界值时,则为无缺陷的I类桩,所检测的工程案例中的桩基都为I类桩。检测结果可为桩基在工程实践中的应用提供参考依据。The following mainly introduces a method for detecting the quality of concrete bored piles-acoustic transmission method,firstly introduces the basic principle of acoustic transmission method,detection method,working parameters and the basis for discriminating the test results,and finally passes the pile foundation quality inspection of the first phase of Hezhuang public rental housing project on the south side of Jiangdong Sixth Road,Qiantang New District,Hangzhou City.The results show that the acoustic transmission method is a fast and accurate method to detect the quality of concrete pile foundation.When the sound velocity and amplitude are greater than the critical value from the pile to the bottom of the pile,it is a class I pile without defects,and the pile foundation in the detected engineering case is a class I pile.The test results can provide a reference for the application of pile foundation in engineering practice.
