摘　　要：设计阶段是控制绿色建筑成本的关键阶段,文中探讨设计与认证标准、技术与材料成本以及市场和政策环境等多个影响成本的因素,提出了有效的成本控制管理措施,包括预算控制与财务规划、项目管理与优化,以及创新与技术的应用。通过这些措施,可以有效降低绿色建筑的设计与实施成本,从而推动其更广泛的应用。The design stage is a critical period for controlling the cost of green buildings,and this paper discusses a number of factors that affect costs,such as design and certification standards,technology and material selection,and market and policy environment,and proposes effective cost control management measures,including budget control and financial planning,project management and optimization,and innovation and technology application.Through these measures,the design and implementation costs of green buildings can be effectively reduced,thereby promoting their wider application.
