红色旅游与乡村振兴协同发展研究——以漳州市为例

摘　　要：红色旅游发展至今在助力乡村振兴方面作出了很大贡献,但是由于红色资源众多,分布广泛,很多处于偏僻地区、知名度不高的红色旅游景点在与乡村振兴协同发展上的作用并不明显。文章以漳州市为例,结合文献研究和问卷调查结果发现,乡村红色旅游景点存在多重管理、影响力小、旅游时间具有周期性、内容严肃、配套服务设施不够完善等问题。因此,红色旅游与乡村振兴协同发展不能仅仅依赖单向的“红色+”,而应将“红色+”和“+红色”相结合,依据根植性理论和新内生发展理论,以内生发展“造血”机制为主,外生发展“输血”机制为辅,按照乡村“五个振兴”发展框架,将红色旅游融入乡村发展,通过组织协同、人才协同、产业协同、文化协同、生态协同实现中国乡村“产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕”。The development of red tourism has made great contributions to the revitalization of rural areas.However,due to the large number of red resources and wide distribution,many red tourist attractions in remote areas with low visibility have not played an obvious role in collaborative development with rural revitalization.Taking Zhangzhou City as an example,the paper combines literature research and questionnaire survey results to find that the rural red tourist attractions have problems such as multiple management,small influence,cyclical travel time,serious contents,and insufficient supporting service facilities.Therefore,collaborative development of red tourism with rural revitalization should not merely rely on one-way“red+”,but should combine“red+”and“+red”.Based on the rooted theory and the new endogenous development theory,with endogenous development“bloodforming”mechanism as the main,and exogenous development“blood transfusion”mechanism as a supplement.According to the rural“five revitalizations”development framework,the red tourism should be integrated into rural development to achieve“industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and rich life”in rural areas in China through organizational collaboration,talents collaboration,industrial collaboration,cultural collaboration and ecological collaboration,.
