摘 要:超声是乳腺癌常用的影像学检查手段之一,近年来妊娠期乳腺癌高发,弹性成像、超声造影、微血管成像及人工智能等新技术快速发展。本文就妊娠期乳腺癌的超声诊断技术的新发展进行综述,包括二维超声、乳腺影像报告和数据系统分级诊断技术、彩色多普勒成像技术、频谱多普勒、弹性成像、超声造影、微血管超声成像、人工智能等。Ultrasound is one of the frequently utilized imaging modalities for breast cancer.In recent years,there has been a surge in the incidence of breast cancer during pregnancy,accompanied by rapid advancements in novel technologies such as elastography,contrast-enhanced ultrasound,microvascular imaging,and artificial intelligence.This article reviews the new development of ultrasound diagnostic techniques for breast cancer during pregnancy,including two-dimensional ultrasound,breast imaging reporting and data system grading diagnostic techniques,color Doppler imaging,spectral Doppler,elastography,contrast-enhanced ultrasound,microvascular ultrasound imaging,and artificial intelligence.
