摘　　要：目的:探讨剪切波弹性成像(SWE)联合血管形成-血流指数(VFI)鉴别诊断乳腺肿瘤良恶性的价值。方法:选取梅州市中医医院2023年1月—12月收治的乳腺肿瘤患者70例,根据术后病理诊断结果分为良性组与恶性组,比较两组患者的SWE和三维彩色血管能量成像(3D-CPA)检查结果。结果:良性组SWE指标各项指标弹性最大值、弹性平均值和弹性最小值、AveT1、AveR、Ratio1均低于恶性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);良性组3D-CPA检查相关参数血流积分(FI)、血管化指数(VI)和血流分数(VFI)均低于恶性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SWE与VFI联合检测乳腺良恶性肿瘤的灵敏度和特异度均高于单一的SWE或VFI检测。结论:SWE联合VFI在鉴别诊断乳腺肿瘤良恶性方面具有较高的评估价值。Objective To investigate the value of shear wave elastography(SWE)combined with vascularization-flow index(VFI)in differentiating benign from malignant breast tumors.Methods Seventy patients with breast tumors admitted to Meizhou Hospital of TCM from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into benign and malignant groups based on postoperative pathological diagnosis.The results of SWE and three-dimensional color power angiography(3D-CPA)examinations were compared between the two groups.Results The SWE indicators,including maximum elasticity,mean elasticity,minimum elasticity,AveT1,AveR,and Ratio1,were all lower in the benign group than those in the malignant group(P<0.05).Similarly,the 3D-CPA-related parameters flow index(FI),vascularization index(VI)and vascularization flow index(VFI)were also lower in the benign group compared to those in the malignant group(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of combined SWE and VFI detection for differentiating benign and malignant breast tumors were higher than those of SWE or VFI alone.Conclusion SWE combined with VFI has high diagnostic value in differentiating benign from malignant breast tumors.
