基于Nvivo11的我国疾控人员职业倦怠表现及原因分析

摘  要:目的探讨我国东、中、西部不同特征区域疾控人员职业倦怠的表现差异及其原因,为有针对性地缓解疾控人员职业倦怠、加强公共卫生人才队伍建设提供参考。方法本研究于2024年8月至9月通过目的抽样选择我国东部地区A省、中部地区B省、西部地区C省,每个省选择1个城市,每个城市选择1个区(县),共9家疾控中心的24名疾控人员作为调查对象,进行半结构化访谈,并利用Nvivo11质性分析工具对访谈资料进行整理归纳。结果我国疾控人员普遍存在职业倦怠情况,但整体程度较轻,东部和西部地区疾控人员的职业倦怠感明显高于中部地区。同时,影响我国疾控人员职业倦怠的因素复杂多样,工作量和工作氛围是影响疾控人员职业倦怠最突出的共性因素。年龄是影响东部地区疾控人员工作状态的重要因素,中部地区疾控人员提到个人心态、考核晋升机制、工作价值感和工作稳定性会对职业倦怠产生影响。结论应充分认识到我国疾控人员职业倦怠的现状及影响因素,并考虑地区差异性精准施策,从工作优化、政策完善、社会支持等多方面采取措施降低疾控人员的职业倦怠感。Objective To discuss the performance differences and reasons of burnout among disease control personnel in different characteristic regions in east,middle and west of China,in order to provide reference for alleviating burnout of disease control personnel and strengthening the construction of public health talent team.Methods From August to September in 2024,the purposive sampling method was adopted to select a province in eastern China,a province in central China,and a province in western China,with one city in each province and one district(county)in each city.A total of 24 disease control personnel from nine disease control centers were selected as survey objects to conduct semi-structured interviews.Nvivo11 qualitative analysis tool was used to sort out and summarize the interview data.Results The burnout of disease control personnel in China was common,but the overall degree was light.The burnout of disease control personnel in eastern and western regions was significantly higher than that in central region.Meanwhile,the factors affecting the job burnout of China’s disease control personnel were complex and diverse,and workload and work atmosphere were the most prominent common factors affecting the burnout of China’s disease control personnel.Age was an important factor affecting the work status of China’s disease control personnel in the eastern region,and China’s disease control personnel in the central region mentioned that personal mentality,assessment and promotion mechanism,sense of work value and work stability would have an impact on burnout.Conclusion The status quo and influencing factors of job burnout of China’s disease control personnel should be repeatedly realized,and take precise measures considering regional differences to reduce burnout in many aspects such as job optimization,policy improvement and social support.
