摘　　要：糖尿病认知功能障碍(DCI)是糖尿病引起的中枢神经系统并发症之一,近年来,其发病率逐渐上升,发病机制尚未完全阐明,西医治疗较为局限。冯兴中教授总结历代医家认识并结合临床实际,提出从“气虚生毒”论治DCI,认为DCI的发生和发展启动于脾肾元气虚、神失濡养,进展于虚气流滞、痰瘀阻窍,恶化于邪蕴生毒、形神失控,强调分期论治,早期补脾肾、益元气,中期调畅气机、祛实通滞,晚期扶正解毒、开窍醒神,临床效果显著。Diabetes cognitive impairment(DCI)is one of central nervous system complications caused by diabetes.In recent years,its incidence rate has gradually increased,its pathogenesis has not been fully clarified,western medicine treatment is relatively limited.Professor Feng Xingzhong summarizes the understanding of ancient physicians and combined with clinical practice,proposes to treat DCI from the theory of“qi deficiency leads to toxicity”.He believes that occurrence and development of DCI started from spleen and kidney qi deficiency,the loss of mental nourishment,progresses from deficient qi induced stagnation,phlegm and blood stasis blocking the orifices,worsenes from the accumulation of pathogenic factors and the losing control of form and spirit,emphasizes the treatment by stages.Early treatment would tonify spleen and kidney,benefit qi.Medium term would smooth qi,eliminate excess and stagnation.In late stage,it would strengthen the body,detoxify,and awaken the mind.Clinical effect is remarkable.
